The T-RAIL MI is a road rail self-propelled vehicle for alternative use on railway and road and designed to minimize disruption of rail traffic.

It is based on a road rigid vehicle fitted with a railway guiding system device for running on railway tracks. It can be put on track and derailed by its own means in high safety conditions.

The T-RAIL MI is fitted with bodywork as Multi-Injured Ambulance Transport and ICU Ambulance, which allows low-attention and subsequent transfer

It has a transport capacity of 1 driver + 11 sanitary personnel and four folding stretchers, with material and equipment pre-installation ICU allowing medicalization
